Data We Process

Depending on how Menuly is used, we may process:

• Venue data such as venue names, addresses, menus, tables, stations, prices, and settings.
• Operational order data such as table sessions, bills, ordered items, notes, deviations, service calls, reservations, and station tickets.
• Technical data such as session identifiers, timestamps, IP-related server information, error logs, and security events.
• Website click logs that record the page path, the clicked interactive element label, session identifier when available, and timestamp.

Why We Use Data

We use data to provide and secure Menuly, manage accounts and venues, process orders and bills, support customers, diagnose problems, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Analytics And Tracking

Menuly does not currently use external analytics tools or advertising pixels. We do keep internal operational click logs to understand usage, support customers, and troubleshoot issues.

Cookies

Menuly does not implement cookies for tracking. Some browser storage may be used to keep a user session or application state working while you use the service.

Hosting And Transfers

Menuly data is hosted with DatabaseMart in Dallas, Texas, United States. If you use Menuly from the European Economic Area, your data may be transferred outside the EEA. We take reasonable measures to protect data during storage and transfer.

Sharing Data

We never sell personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers needed to host, operate, support, or secure Menuly, and with authorities if required by law.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, support customers, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and protect Menuly from abuse. Operational logs may be retained for troubleshooting and security purposes.
